  • Room rate, for up to three days before and three days after the conference: $69.00 plus tax (king size bed or two double beds in the room). A rollaway bed is available for $10 per night.
  • Attendees must call the Radisson Hotel and reserve their own rooms no later that 17 March 2010.
  • The reservation office is open Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

  • When reserving, you must tell them you are with the “Sathya Sai Baba Conference” in order to get the conference room rate:
  • Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of the above methods.
  • In the event a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received before seventy two (72) hours prior to the time of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

NOTE: If the Radisson is sold-out, you can also contact the Metropolitan Hotel (407-581-2000). The Metropolitan is next door to the Radisson and is honoring the same rates as the Radisson.

Meal Information

  • A light dinner will be provided by the Sathya Sai Baba Center of Orlando for those who arrive early evening on Friday, 16 April.
  • Lunch will be served on Sunday, 18 April.
  • For Saturday, three meals, and for Sunday breakfast and lunch are provided.
  • The cost is $35.00 for all five meals.

  • If you are attending from outside the United States and don't have an easy way to pay in dollars from home, please send a letter to that effect to Vijay Sagramsingh and pay when you get to the conference.
